The Glove is a modern cabin in Livingston Manor, NY, dark board and batten outside, light-filled inside. Whites, greens, blacks, grays, gold, brought together through texture rather than clutter.

The largest design feature is the windows. They frame the outside as artwork that changes with every season and every hour. Sunrise comes through the primary bedroom in the morning. Sunset crosses the deck and kitchen in the evening.

The three bedrooms each carry a distinct personality: a modern Farmhouse Primary with a black feature wall, the Mushroom Room with playful spore-and-mushroom wallpaper and gold lamps, and the Green Room, bold, moody, painted in forest green with warm wall sconces.
